Recently retired after over 10 years of professional rugby across two different leagues, Ian has experienced many of the highs and lows that occur in professional sport. Through these experiences on and off the pitch and after two years in a large corporate agency, Ian is well-positioned to be able to help nurture young players while they progress through the early stages of their careers and also through the back end into retirement and the challenges that occur then.
